**Two (2) Night Min. Stay Required / Three (3) Nights Min. Required on all Holidays**
Deposits:
Daily Rentals: 25% of the entire stay along with all booking fees are due upon booking. At 14 days prior to the arrival date, an additional 25% of the entire stay will be due. (50% in total at that time.) Two days prior to the arrival date, the remaining balance will be collected.
Monthly rentals: Deposit: $300 at time of reservation. 50% of first months rent: Due 30 days prior to stay
Cancellations:
Daily rentals: Any cancellation which occurs greater than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $35 and then a refund of the remainder of the deposit. Any cancellation which occurs 14 days or less from the arrival date will result in all amounts collected will be non-refundable.
Monthly Rentals: Cancel 31 + days prior to stay – 50% refund of deposit *** Cancel less than 30 days prior to stay – no refund of deposits made.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No BBQ pits allowed on balconies.
Deposits: Must be paid by credit card. Must be 25 or older to reserve/check-in.
